Description

This course is specially designed for those who have an interest in Pranayama and Meditation or else this course is also for those who want to increase their knowledge in Pranayama and Meditation. Life is becoming more difficult, every day we all are facing different types of challenges which are increasing our stress level.  We can not deny any challenge because we don't have the right to deny that challenge. Everyone has their own type of problem, for finding solutions to the problem we have to manage the pressure which is causing us towards stress and increasing health issues.

Stress is becoming a major problem in life and it is common for almost everyone. There are different types of solutions available but these solutions are not as effective as natural remedies can affect us. We are providing a permanent natural solution in the form of knowledge of Pranayama and Meditation through which you can strengthen your mental ability and reduce your stress and other problems.

Our aim is for this course is to enhance the knowledge of society in Pranayama and Meditation also want to help the society to increase the interest in it. This a specialized course for Pranayama and Meditation.

  • The right way to do Pranayama and Meditation
  • Which Pranayama is suitable for someone and which will not suit

Course Eligibility

  • Base course should be completed
  • Knowledge of understanding and writing English and Hindi language

Duration

The duration of this course will be 3 months in which classes will hold on for alternate days. You can choose your batch days and time according to your convenience, which will be fixed for every class until the course will not be finished.

Timings 

We are providing 2 timing for the class you can choose anyone which suits you best.

How to Register

You can register online for joining the course. We are providing new batches details online so that anyone can get to know that from when new batch will start and you can join it.

Health Criteria

We can understand that the importance and awareness of Yog are increasing day by day in the society it might be possible that you are suffering from acute/chronic/communicable diseases then you are allowed to take admission but if you are not feeling well while practicing Yog then you should discuss with us.

Maximum 80% attendance should be compulsory

Rules and Regulations

  • Dress code:
  1. It should be T-Shirts and trousers or Kurta-Pyjama for Men
  2. T-Shirts and trousers or Salwar-Kamij for women
  • Fees once paid should not be refundable but it could be interchangeable for a limited time period.
  • Candidates should carry ID cards issued by us in every class for attending the class.
  • Candidate should not eat anything before 3 to 4 hours before or during the class.
  • Candidates must follow the instruction given by our experienced professionals.
  • Candidate should maintain the decorum of the class and should maintain the discipline during the course.
  • The decision of the Director will be final in case of any dispute.

 

Note:- Anyone who wants to learn only the Pranayama and Meditation course can join this or else we have another course of 3 months in which you can learn only Yogasana.
